Tamer Hartevioğlu was born in 1972 in Edirne. He studied photography at the Fine Arts Faculties of Yıldız Technical University and Mimar Sinan University.

Having worked as a media and photography consultant for leading TV channels ATV and Show TV, he also contributed to the promotion campaigns of numerous national and international brands and served as a photography instructor at MEF Schools.

With a portfolio of solo and joint exhibitions, Tamer Hartevioğlu shifted his focus to advertising and architectural photography, founding Thartevi Photography & Production in 2002. He continues to deliver photography and film services under the same roof, always in pursuit of light.
